Prize pool amounts (if any) will be added to the entry fee.
A ticketing fee will be added as well.

We will rarely enforce a minimum number for events, but will leave it to you (TO) to decide.
If you do not have this minimum by the 1st of January, we will let you know.

Cancon 2023 is a three day event.
Preference is given to three day games.
Three single day, stand alone, events will be treated as three day games for evaluation purposes.
Evening games at Cancon are run on Saturday (day one) and/or Sunday (day two) only.
