Students are expected to follow all rules set forth by Golfland-Sunsplash, the RHS Sober Grad Night Committee, and any other volunteers of this event. Rules subject to change.

1. RHS Sober Grad Night is a “Zero Tolerance” event.
2. All belongings will be searched at entry – NO ALCOHOL, DRUGS, TOBACCO OR WEAPONS on premises. Please leave perfumes/lotions, all liquids water bottles, etc, in your car. All open containers will be confiscated. No outside food or drink.
3. Only seniors from Rocklin High School (including RVC students enrolled at RHS) are allowed to attend this event. CURRENT STUDENT ID IS REQUIRED AT ENTRY.
4. Graduates must check-in at venue between 10:30-11:00pm. MUST be in line by 11:00pm. NO LATE ENTRY!
5. Every effort will be made to notify parents if a graduate on the list does not check-in/enter by 11:00pm.
6. NO GRADUATE (REGARDLESS OF AGE) WILL BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE VENUE BEFORE 3:30am UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN/EMERGENCY CONTACT listed on registration form. NO EXCEPTIONS!
7. Please try to limit items your student brings to the event. Acceptable items: towel, change of clothes (bring a sweatshirt/sweater!), RHS Student ID, keys, medically necessary items (i.e.: epi pen, asthma inhaler, etc...)
8. Dress Code: Appropriate swimwear is required. Swimwear should be conducive to waterslide/waterpark activities. Swimwear should be lined and not transparent at any time. Clothing and shoes must be worn outside of the waterpark area (mini golf, arcade, go carts...) For more specific info, please see website's FAQ's page.
9. Masks may be required inside the castle building. For more COVID-19 info, please see the FAQ's page.
10. Phone cameras and/or cameras, of any kind, will not be permitted in the waterpark area of the event while water features are operational.
11. Local law enforcement and/or a Sober Grad Night Committee member may counsel students who choose to participate in unacceptable behavior or violate the dress code, and Parents may be contacted to pick up their student at the venue.
12. Students will not be permitted to attend this event unless parent/guardian provides medical information and signs this permission slip and waivers. THE UNDERSIGNED SIGNATURES CERTIFY STUDENT AND PARENT/GUARDIAN APPROVAL OF, AND AGREEMENT TO, ALL RULES LISTED ON THIS FORM.

PLEASE CONSIDER DRIVING YOUR SENIOR, OR PROVIDING SAFE TRANSPORTATION, TO THIS EVENT.
TIRED DRIVING CAN BE AS DANGEROUS AS DRUNK DRIVING.

CONSENT AND AGREEMENT
I/We agree to hold the RHS PTC, Sober Grad Night Committee, and its volunteers harmless for any and all liability, actions, and causes of actions, debts, claims, injuries, and demands of every kind and nature which may arise by or in connection with participation by my/our student/ward in any activity(ies) related to the Sober Grad Night event.
The undersigned AGREES to adhere to all rules of the RHS Sober Grad Night event and bear all costs incurred as a result of any medical treatment and/or destruction by the student. This authorization will remain in effect for the duration of the event including, but not limited to the student’s check-in at the venue.
