Application to Sponsor Country at International Festival
JMA’s annual International Festival will take place on  Friday, May 17th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. 

Scholars and their families can sign up to sponsor a country display. Any scholar who creates a display will earn a FORMAL 100 grade that can be used in ANY course for 4th quarter. It can only be used ONCE.

This year, scholars will choose a country of their choice and set up a display in a designated hallway or classroom.  There will be food trucks and live performances outside in the parking lot.

To participate, apply by completing the form below. There should be a form submitted for each participant.  You will be notified within 48 hours if your application has NOT been accepted.

The deadline to apply is Tuesday, May 14th! No applications will be accepted after that date.


Criteria For Country Presentation:

Students need to have a poster/tri-board with the following included:

culture
food
religion
language
clothing 
past-time activities
education
flag
population
music, etc.   

Please be creative, organized and include visuals.  

Tangible Items/memorabilia is a plus!  Make your tables look like a work of ART!
