Please use this form to enroll in MRI's Summer Online Learning Programs. Programs are open to students in grades 5 through Young Adult and are delivered via a virtual classroom platform. Participants may enroll in ONE or ALL of the programs currently available .

VERIFICATION REQUIRED: Completing this enrollment form does not automatically enroll you in selected programs. For the safety of our students, a parental/caregiver verification is required for all minor     participants before entering MRI Online Classrooms. Once verified a "Classroom Instruction" document will be sent including access information, class schedules, and other important information.
