What equipment would you like to use of ours? (listed on the studio rental info google doc). You will be held accountable for all damages and repairs.
Would you like to use the accessible entrance (480 Johnson Ave) and elevator? This entrance and elevator are accessible Monday - Friday 10am - 3pm and run by the building manager.
How many people will you be bringing to the space? (Max capacity is 50 people). You will hold all liability for everyone you bring in the space, as agreed upon in a 'Hold Harmless Contract' that you will receive with your contract.
Are you willing to post on social media during your time at the studio and tag @yah.world?
Any other information you want us to know? (e.g. if you are a visual artist, please explain your materials and wall space needs.)
