This event is in July and will sort of correspond with the GalaxyBabies 6th anniversary~

In order to apply you must be willing to at least be a member of our exclusive artist server for the duration of the event. You may leave after your adopt is finished. Hello lovely Aermerea Artists! I know you are thinking oh hell another form, but this has a lot of information I need to coordinate this event, and I can look at charts and download responses to keep things nice and tidy. I don't have to wade through multiple forms this time so I'm trying to get it all in one form.

Welcome to the Official Application for our Constellatory Dream Walk Calender. This will be our first ever Summer Calendar it will span July 2nd - July 30th! There will be 15 slots for artists on this calendar so adopts will release every other day. Each artist may only do 1 to 2 adopts each, no more.

All rarities up to very rare will be unlocked, you may use mutations with permission, some artists will be offered higher rarities. You can sign up for one but it doesn't mean you will get it. We like to keep these rare as they are and because of such can't have the whole calendar filled with them.

KEEP IN MIND - this is a starry sky themed calendar so any traits that will help with that and rarities to correspond will be unlocked. IE all starry traits, Galawisps etc and possible special discussions for traits on species that don't regularly exist.

The theme is obviously stars and walking among them, it will have a story component where an NPC walks among the stars and meets all these lovely design/people.

WE HAVE A WIP DEADLINE! (Due to issues in the past!)
WIP DEADLINE IS June 1st!

The Deadline finished adopt is June 20th! (This is very important!!!)

Any design that is late without approving an extension with an admin will receive a strike
Any design not turned in, the artist will be barred from the next event. So please get things in.
(Emergency and life situations will be considered on a case by case basis we prefer to be notified a week before the deadline so June 13th )

Absolute last day for Submissions will be June 27th (and that's only if you aren't in the first week)
We have supporter preclaims in server we need designs sooner for that first week.
Keep in mind while you will be working with me mainly, and KirakiraBunnii, our lovely admin Rosa/Choconilla is in charge of our preclaim program so they will be in contact with you as well to help with that.

 You can turn in your wips ahead of time, you can turn in finished designs ahead of time!

Remember the adopts are price your own! So pricing is up to you but we will be taking 15% fee on all aermerean designs and 7.5% on closed species crossbreeds.  NOT 20% only 15% for this calendar!  Fees are taken after paypal fees not before. So please tell us your amount after paypal's fees so we can calculate ours. We think this is more fair to fee your actual earnings.

If you are in dire need please ask us privately for a fee waiver we are known to grant them. Keep in mind we do a lot of work coordinating the calendar and advertising sales so that's what the fees are for. If you have already talked to us and had your fee waived ignore this. (The fees have been lowered from the regular 20% for this special event)

By applying you are agreeing to all of the above, and if for some reason you can not abide by the deadline or talk to KizunaYUi#2007 you are agreeing you understand and will be barred if you do not follow the stipulations.

We are sorry for our strictness but we have had situations in the past where we were left in tight spots because of others tardiness or complete disregard to submit in the early years of Aermerea.

All artists who complete their designs will be able to ask for a Free Myo ticket from us for their services of their choice. You have to ask to receive this so when you turn in your finished design just let us know.

Again I can only hire 15 artists so please don't be upset if you don't make it try again next time, as we try to hire a diverse roster of artists mixed with familiar and new ones~
