HELLO!

Thank you for your interest in Heritage Point Community League's (HPCL) first Sportball Program. We are excited to be bringing this popular, exciting and engaging multi-sport program to you for 11 weeks in the new year and to be offering a modest discount to our community league members. Please note - in order for the program to run we will need to have a minimum number of registrants for each of the three classes. The program will be confirmed if all three classes have reached the minimum number of registrants by our deadline of December 15, 2019.

Classes:
4:00 - 4:45: Parent & Child Multi-Sport Indoor Ages 2 - 3.5 years
5:00 - 6:00: MultiSport Indoor Ages 3.5 - 5 years
6:00 - 7:00: MultiSport Indoor Ages 5 - 7 years

Current HPCL members will be given priority for registration and a wait-list will be kept once classes are full. To purchase an HPCL membership please go to: https://www.heritagepointcl.ca/membership

Some additional points to consider:
- If you are registering more than one child, please fill out a separate form for each.
- Since we are using pre-registration interest to determine if we will proceed with running the program, we cannot offer refunds after December 15, 2019.
- Payment is expected within a week of your registration form submission - please contact Jessica at hpclprograms@gmail.com to arrange for payment by cheque (payable to HPCL) only.
- If we do not meet the minimum threshold by early December, we will open up registration to non-HPCL members, who will be charged the regular rate of $175.
