- All teams MUST be NAFA registered. (www.NAFASoftball.com/nafateams for more info)

- Online registration holds your team's spot for 2 weeks until payment is received.

- Coaches to provide a signed NAFA roster and Certificate of Insurance at check-in prior to first game

- Teams can play 2 games each day or play 4 games in one day (please let us know in advance of scheduling)

- Entry Fee: $300 if received by Feb 15   Payable to: NAFA Illinois
