Thank you for your interest in the WEAO Mentorship program! This program has been running since 2013 and has grown to be very popular with young professionals working in all areas of the water and wastewater industry. Applicants who are accepted as mentees will have the opportunity to book mentorship sessions with senior experienced professionals eager to share their wisdom. This year, space will be limited and we will be accepting up to 25 mentees to ensure that each accepted mentee has the opportunity to book mentorship sessions with numerous mentors. The program is targeted at young professionals under 35 years of age and with less than 5 years' experience in the wastewater industry.

To apply, please fully complete the following application before August 13th, 2021.

Those who are accepted will be notified by August 27th, 2021. The program will run from September 2021 to April 2022. Please note: all applicants must be registered members of WEAO by September 1 2021 and for the duration of the program. If you are not yet a member, you may choose to register for WEF+WEAO (and access student / young professional rates) or become a standard member of WEAO only.
