Leadership Opportunities Requirements

Starting August 1st, 2024, an Athlete Representative's responsibility is to identify and complete one priority with support from their Mentor, Team Leader and other athletes, volunteers and/or SOPA staff.

Athlete Representatives must focus on one priority at a time. If they feel they have accomplished their goal and want to focus on another priority, they/their Mentor must contact Jordan Schubert at jschubert@specialolympicspa.org.

For any Leadership Opportunities you completed before July 31st, 2024 that aren't a part of the current priorities, please contact Jordan Schubert at jschubert@specialolympicspa.org. SOPA will honor any past leadersihp opportunities based on when Athlete Representative was trained and when they took place.
