Parkway Sign Pick-Up

Please fill out the following form if you are planning to decorate and return to your sign to be displayed. Signs will be displayed on the parkway the week of graduation. You do not need to complete this form if you do not plan on decorating the sign.

Decorated signs need returned to MHS by May 24th (Monday).

Decorations must be school appropriate, no offensive symbols and/or language. Any decorated signs deemed inappropriate will not be displayed on the parkway.

FCPS is not responsible for any damaged or stolen signs.

Signs not picked up from the parkway by June 4th will be discarded.
