¡Vamos! New Volunteer Application
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with ¡Vamos!

¡Vamos! is an after school, year round program of PreCollege Outreach supporting Latino/e students of Asheville and Buncombe County. ¡Vamos! volunteers provide support in the classroom as tutors, serve as college visit peer chaperones, and help facilitate family engagement nights. We want to remain mindful of UNCA student's schedules and do not expect volunteers to commit to all of the program activities. However, we do ask that volunteers carefully consider whether they are able to commit to the program and a particular task for at least one semester.

Volunteers must complete relevant paperwork, a background check, and attend a mandatory tutor training before beginning direct service with youth. This application will help identify your volunteer interests as we build towards a robust experience for students and volunteers.
