Digital Devices Form
Dear Parents/Carers,

As part of our contingency arrangements for Covid 19 for the rest of the year, I am trying to get an idea about how many of our children have access to digital technology, computers, iPads and WiFi.

The government want all schools to prepare for remote learning in a future emergency, this could take many forms, learning packs, books or online lessons and video links. If there are a majority of households who do not have access to technology we have a better idea on how to plan our emergency learning to meet your needs.

May I ask you to answer the following questions, this will help us considerably with planning.

Thank you in anticipation of a response.
