Disclaimer: By participating in the 330ToGO Light Loops, presented by 330ToGO and affiliate, Spanning the Need, the participant and property owner acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with participation, including potential injury or damage to personal property. The participant and property owner releases and discharges 330ToGO, LLP and affiliate Spanning the Need and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any liability for injuries, damages, claims, costs, or losses arising from or related to the participation in this list. The participant and property owner also waives any claims against the Company and agrees to indemnify and hold it harmless from any claims or expenses resulting from their use of the Product. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts therein. This paragraph constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, and by using the Product, the participant and property owner acknowledges their understanding and acceptance of its terms.
