Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 2021 Event Series! We are currently seeking groups and/or individuals that can volunteer on the days of our events to help us setup/breakdown events, decorations, signs, help vendors setup their tents and tables, help us keep the park clean, and assist with check-in, sell iced tea, lemonade, cotton candy, hot chocolate, sell raffle tickets, and more! Volunteering with Washingtonville Community Events is a great way to work with a team, work outdoors and gain valuable work experience in a family fun environment. To work with us, please fill out the form below and we will be in touch.

Below is the calendar of events. We will ask you to sign up for the time slots you are available. After you sign up we will be in touch to confirm time slots and dates. We ask that if you need to cancel your volunteer job, to cancel at least 2 weeks in advance as we depend on our volunteers to run specific stations and schedule our volunteers with time slots so that our stations are not unattended.

Volunteers should be able to lift, walk, stand for several hours, be ok with high heat and cold temps ranging from 25 degrees to 105 degrees. Rain dates are also in affect so when signing up for a time slot, please keep the rain date in mind. If you are not available for both, we would ask that you skip that event. Volunteers under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian for the day.
We look forward to working with the community more and adding some new team members to Community Events. We have been growing for several years and are ready to expand thanks to all of the support you have all shown! Thank you and look forward to hearing from you.
