Please let us know if your child will be absent from rehearsal.

OUT SICK: Only when students are out sick from school are rehearsal absences excused.

ONLY TWO non excused absences from rehearsals will be allowed.

Students are asked to attend the full rehearsal -- to arrive on time and stay for the duration of the rehearsal so they will learn the instruction of songs, dances, and stage blocking and entrances /exits. With 200 students, additional time to teach students the missed material is not available.

Participating in the play requires this commitment so that students feel confident about their role, what's required of them and so that other the other students can feel the same, knowing where each other belongs during their performances.

Dress and Tech Day Rehearsals are MANDATORY for everyone!
