Brief description of your exhibit - this tells us how much room you'll need, where to put you, how to layout your tables, etc. *

How much room do you need? *
We've broken the exhibitor areas out into approximate 10x10 booth space, but we can accommodate longer exhibits. Please let us know your space requirements and we'll try to accommodate your needs. (we realize some exhibits will have larger floor space requirements due to vehicles/machinery)
PLEASE BE ACCURATE - SPACE IS LIMITED: We suggest you do a trial run at your office to accurately determine space needed. We will be placing your exhibit based on the info you include here!
# of box lunches needed? *
Those working your exhibit will be provided a box lunch. Appx how many people will you have working your exhibit? (lunch is served from 11am - 2pm)
Will you be bringing a vehicle AS PART OF your display?

 - only list a vehicle here if it is PART OF your display and students can interact with it (sit in, see how it works, etc).
- If your vehicle is not interactive and students can just "see it" (aka here is a dump truck, but don't touch it), please don't bring it. We are tight on space.
- ONLY bring a vehicle if you are going to have STAFF ON SITE the day of the event for student interaction. Parked vehicles with no business representative will not be allowed.

Exhibit Set-Up day is Wednesday, May 15th 9am-5pm *
We URGE you to set up your exhibit on this day. Day-of (morning of the event) setup makes it VERY difficult for our staff/volunteers to make sure the event runs smoothly and on time. (If you have a VEHICLE or LARGE machinery that must be trailered in, you MUST set up the day before or make arrangements with Alicia!)

Your high resolution logo (300 dpi) file should be emailed to Alicia Wallace, Marketing & Communications Manager at  wallacea@nemcworks.org. Logos will be placed on corresponding industry sector signage and MiCareerQuest Northeast website page.

There is no cost to individual employers to participate in MiCareerQuest.
