We are gathering information to help improve the Local Offer in Peterborough, in light of discussions that have been occurring in our Facebook Chatroom and contact with our parent rep team via email and phone. The information gathered in this form will be included in a Topic of Importance (ToI) which we will share with Peterborough City Council.

The form can be completed more than once of you have more than one child/ young person with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
