Please indicate here if you would like to be considered to act as a Chairperson/Coordinator in one of these positions or if you would like to participate as part of a team. In addition to the duties of the position, Chairs/Coordinators are appointed members of the larger LES PTO Board and expected to attend (in person or Zoom) monthly meetings and support all LES PTO events.

General Fundraising-will plan and coordinate events such as "Penny Wars", Holiday Grams and other minor fundraising opportuniteis throughout the year

Spring Fundraiser Chairperson-will plan and coordinate the primary spring fundraiser for the organization

Fundraiser Team Only (not Chair)

Spirit Wear Coordinator-will manage and distribute spirit wear inventory

Spirit Wear Team Only (not Chair)

Social Media Coordinator-will manage all social media platforms on behalf of the organization

Yearbook Team Only (not chair) will help the Yearbook coordinator with photos of school and PTO events and help with the publication of the school yearbook

Hospitality Team Only (not chair)- will help the Hospitality Coordinator with PTO sponsored events such as teacher and staff lunches, Teacher Appreciation Week, etc.

Spirit Night Team- will help Spirit Night Coordinator with distribution of flyers for spirit nights and putting up signs at the school

Publicity Chairperson- will be responsible for creating/updating the monthly bulletin board and help with decor for back to school events

Publicity Team Only (not chair)-will assist the chairperson with monthly bulletin boards and decor

4th Grade Coordinator-will be responsible for the 4th grade fundraisers (Paw Prints and Spirit Nights) and coordinating the 4th grade end of year celebration

4th Grade Party Team Only (not chair)

Family Events Team Only (not chair) will help with the free, family events hosted by Lakewood PTO each year such as Trunk or Treat and Bingo/Movie Night, etc.

Garden Team Only-will help the Garden Coordinator with projects and tasks as necessary
