Simply fill out the form below and sommelier Jason Kallsen will pick the best available wine gems in the categories and prices you ask for, creating a one-of-a-kind collection based on your wishes.

Twenty five years of professional sommelier experience, plus insider access to the best of the small and local wholesalers and importers will go into the independent selections.

And if you want to make a really special gift, for a small charge ($35) we will make a one-of-a-kind VIDEO of Jason describing the wines, CUSTOMIZED for the recipient. We will host the video privately on Vimeo, and add the link and a QR code to the box holding the wines.

The minimum wine order for this service (regardless if you get a video or not) is $150 (pre-tax), and collections can be two, three, four, or six bottles. Almost any topics of the wine world can be requested, be it by style, grape variety, location, or more. (If your request isn't possible, such as "6 Grand Cru Burgundies for $150," I'll let you know.)

Upon receiving your details, we will get to work. Your chosen wine shop (North Loop or Solo Vino) will contact you when the wines are ready for pickup or delivery (within 7 days of filling out the form; 48 hour rush service is available for a small fee). If you desire for the wine to be shipped, the wine shop can help with those arrangements.

OUR GUARANTEE: I will pick out the most interesting wines in the categories you desire, using our connections with top notch small importers and wholesalers to discover the gems that most wine consumers overlook or have little access to.
