FMF RIDERS: If you fill out this form, you are
COMMITTED to showing. You will be charged the COACHING & HORSE-USE fees, even if you choose not to participate. Your instructors will select your classes/divisions.
If you sign up prior to the Friday before the show, please drop off your coaching + horse-use payment in the blue Payment Box in the Office. If you sign up on/after the Friday before the show, be sure to bring TWO checks the day of the show (one for coaching + horse-use and one for class/division entry fees).
Please do NOT combine coaching/horse-use with division/class fees.
