We are working diligently to provide the best learning experience possible for our students and we would appreciate your feedback on how things are going so far. The information gathered from this short survey will be used to inform planning and preparation of ongoing learning for all students at St. Teresa of Calcutta. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as all of our students, parents, and staff navigate new territory, and we look forward to your feedback in letting us know what is going well and where we can improve.

Continuity of Student Learning

On March 20th, the Honourable Minister LaGrange issued a directive for ongoing learning, as follows:

Kindergarten – Grade 3
Education content will focus on language/literacy and mathematics/numeracy outcomes of the provincial curriculum. In addition Religion continues to be a staple at Catholic Schools.
Teachers will assign an average of five hours of work per student per week, and will be expected to work with their students and parents on the delivery of these materials.

Grades 4-6
Education content will continue to focus on language/literacy and mathematics/numeracy outcomes, and there will be opportunity to incorporate science and social studies outcomes through cross-curricular learning. In addition Religion continues to be a staple at Catholic Schools.
Teachers will assign an average of five hours of work per student per week, and will be expected to work with their students and parents on the delivery of these materials.
