I hereby waive all claims against Savor St. Pete, Floridata Capital Assets Group, Inc., the City of St. Pete, Publix Super Markets, promoters, organizers, producers, sponsors, event staff, and any personnel or company affiliated with Savor St. Pete for injury, accidents or physical conditions I may suffer at this event.  

I grant full permission for organizers to use my name, likeness of voice and photographs, videotapes, or quotations from me in accounts, promotions, and activities, in any medium, related to the Savor St. Pete event.

I also understand that Volunteers/Staff will not drink during his/her shift times or misrepresent the event or its sponsors.

I certify that I am at least 21 years of age or older.
