**NOTE: As of March 1, our hotel room block at the Kent State University Hotel & Convention Center is SOLD OUT, and due to other groups also booked into the hotel, on-site rooms may not be available. The hotel suggests the following as nearby alternatives; both are approximately an 8min drive from the convention center,  near the OH-43 S / I-76 interchange.

Do you need a roommate list?
Attendees who indicate they would like a roommate list will be connected to other attendees who are looking to share a hotel room for the weekend. You will be responsible for reaching out to each other to make arrangements to share rooms; the organizing committee does NOT assign roommates. By selecting this option, you consent to having your name, chapter affiliation, and email address shared with the other attendees who are seeking a roommate.

The registration fee for EGA members is $249 USD, which includes lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday, and lunch on Sunday.

Non-members may register for an additional $50 USD fee, which may be applied to a one-year EGA membership, either as a member-at-large or with a GLR chapter.
