Before proceeding, please read the text on vcqi.org/about . Submissions must be new material prepared for VCQI that are posted on YouTube. Text-only submissions must use the other form on the Submissions page. This form will require a link to your completed video. Do not begin the submission process without first having a YouTube URL for your completed video. In order to complete your submission, you must first review two other submissions in your Content Area. On the next page, you will choose a Content Area. On the page after that, you will find a link to two submissions to review. Open the link in a new tab or window and follow the directions. Please note that the submissions you review cannot receive a decision of acceptance without accurate closed captioning. Do not close or navigate away from the VCQI Submission Form page, or the form will reset. *
