The Coalition for a Tobacco-Free Hawaii's Youth Council is seeking endorsements for legislation to enact tobacco regulations, which include:

1) Ending the sale of all flavored tobacco products, including flavored e-liquids, electronic cigarettes and cigars as well as menthol cigarettes.
2) Restoring individual County's authority to regulate tobacco sales (preemption repeal).

At the County level the Youth Council is working to pass ordinances to end the sale of all flavored tobacco products that would go into effect upon current preemptions being repealed.
