North Haven High School Sports Hall of Fame Nomination Form

The North Haven High School Sports Hall of Fame, Inc. was founded to establish a platform to recognize, honor, and perpetuate the memory of those who, either through leadership, support, service or achievement, have contributed to the enhancement of North Haven High School athletics.  Inductees will be those candidates who have distinguished themselves through excellence and who have helped to bring acclaim, honor, and distinction to North Haven High School athletics.  

Eligibility and Award Categories:

Athlete:  Eligibility shall be based solely on the high school athletic achievements and contributions of the individual.  Individuals must be graduates of North Haven High School and must have graduated at least eight (8) years before consideration.

Coach:  A coach must either be actively coaching at NHHS for at least fifteen (15) years or has coached at least five (5) years and has been out of coaching for at least five (5) years. 

Service:  Eligibility is based on long-term contributions to NHHS athletics/athletes and is at the discretion of the Executive Committee
