Rapidan River - Clark Mountain RHD Documentation Form for Landowners
Getting the Rapidan River - Clark Mountain Rural Historic District listed on the state and national registers relies on your help documenting historic buildings, structures and significant sites on your property.

Documentation entails PEC's consultants, The Fairfield Foundation and their cultural resource company DATA Investigations, LLC., visiting your property and identifying and photographing all historic buildings, structures and significant sites (regardless of age) which are present through a written description and exterior photograph.

This inventory contributes to the broader record of the area's history and strengthens our nomination. Filling out this form helps our consultants connect with you directly so they may schedule a convenient time to document your property, and acts as a written record of permission. Documentation typically takes between 15 and 30 minutes and involves photography of exteriors only.
