Richmond Garlic Fest Vendor Application Form - 2024
Thank you for your interest in vending at the Sharing Farm's 14th Annual Garlic Festival, taking place on Saturday, August 17th, 2024, 10am-3pm. We are looking for vendors that work well with the festival's themes of local agriculture, food and craftsmanship and environmental sustainability. If you would like to discuss further please fill out the form and we will get in touch. Sorry, we are not looking for garlic vendors at this time or vendors who are serving food for people to consume at the festival. (Food that can be taken home, such as bottles of olive oil or jars of pickles are welcome, however).

The vendor fee is $175. The fee includes: 

• 10ft x 10ft booth space  

• An 8ft table and two chairs

• Does not include tent

If you would like to rent a tent or additional tables & chairs there is an extra fee.

Describe what you will be selling at your booth
Will you be offering food or drink samples? If yes, what exactly will you be serving?
If you are serving samples VCH requires a handwash station. Are you able to bring your own handwash station? (5 gallon jug of water, with spigot; two rigid garbage buckets (one for garbage, one for waste water), paper towel with holder, hand soap and sanitizer spray).
