About the shows
This form is used to express interest in being part of the production for one or more of the following shows:

It's a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play (short version) adapted  by Joe Landry
- Holiday drama; live radio play
Production dates & location: Dec 6, 9, 10, 15, 16
Synopsis:  This beloved American holiday classic comes to captivating life as a live 1940s radio broadcast. With the help of an ensemble that brings a few dozen characters to the stage, the story of idealistic George Bailey unfolds as he considers ending his life one fateful Christmas Eve.

About the roles
Please visit our website for more information on the production staff roles and duties:

Note that we also staff assistants for many roles (e.g. assistant stage manager, assistant costume designer, etc.) so you may indicate your interest in such roles, especially if you want more experience in a particular role.

Some roles are needed throughout the production while others are only needed for certain rehearsals and/or performances.  You may reach out if you are unsure of the time requirements for a role, or we can chat about it after your submission.

Shadowing
We also offer a informal shadowing program where individuals interested in gaining the skills and confidence to take on new production roles may shadow a person in that role for one or more productions.

Having a "shadow" involves allowing your "shadow" to observe, participate, and ask questions throughout the process. Shadowing does not require you to be an expert in your role, but does require you to provide a welcoming environment, demonstrate and explain duties and tasks, and provide opportunities for the individual to have hands-on learning experiences as appropriate.  Preference is given to those who would like to participate in the shadow program.

Note that in some cases you can shadow a role and serve in another production role or while performing in the same show.  For example, someone may be a costume and prop designer while also shadowing the stage manager.

Shadows are often given the role of "assistant" on the production staff.
