This form will be used to gather information on your Kellogg course choices so that you can be registered for fall 2021 Kellogg courses. All of the classes open to Non-Kellogg students have a limited number of seats available.

The list of courses available to non-Kellogg students is currently available on Kellogg's website.

The window to submit the first-come, first-served fall 2021 registration requests will be from September 8 at 9am - September 15 at 4pm.
