2024 ANUSA Bus Hire
This form must be completed to lodge a request to hire the ANUSA bus. The outcome of your form will be sent to you in writing. If successful, you will be required to sign a Bus Use Agreement and comply with all policies, regulations, requirements and directions. Please note that bus hire requests submitted less than 10 business days in advance may not receive a response or will be rejected. Please direct all queries to sa.admin@anu.edu.au who will respond on weekdays between 9-5.

The bus must be returned with a full tank of diesel, at your expense. If the bus is not returned with a full tank of diesel, an administration cost of $30 will be charged for the inconvenience of refilling, in addition to the cost of the refuel. Do you agree to this?

If the bus is returned in an unacceptable condition and requires a deep clean (ie. muddy, sandy, smelly), the ANUSA Executive may at their discretion charge the Driver for the cost to deep clean the bus. Do you agree to this?

I understand that the submission of this form is not a confirmation of my request. I understand that a confirmation of my request will be sent to my nominated email address. I understand that confirmation or rejections of my request may take up to 5 business days for ANUSA executive members, departments, collectives, societies and clubs. I understand all other requests may take up to 10 business days to be responded to.  *
I understand that if my request is approved, I will be required to sign and abide by a bus hire agreement. I understand that a failure to sign this agreement will result in an automatic rejection of my request. I understand that any non-adherence with the bus hire agreement will result in consequences as established in the bus hire agreement.  *
I understand that the ANUSA Executive is empowered to confirm or reject my request at their discretion and for any reason. I understand this confirmation or rejection is final. I understand that ANUSA is empowered to terminate the booking at any stage and for any reason. *
I understand that the ANUSA Bus Condition Form must be submitted within 24hrs of return of the ANUSA Bus.
