Teaching elders, ruling elder commissioners, balancing elders, corresponding members, presenters and staff will gather in person. Advance registration is requested by Monday, February 27, 2023.

The keynote presentation and sermon will be given by the Rev. Jimmie Ray Hawkins, author of Unbroken and Unbowed and director of the PC(USA) Office of Public Witness in Washington, D.C. (Learn in a blog post on the presbytery's website where else Rev. Hawkins will speak that week and how to order a copy of his book.)
The theme for the meeting will be “Live As We Pray” with a focus on living into our faith in the decisions we make, the things we do, and the ministries in which we participate. The offering will be designated for the PC(USA) Public Witness and Advocacy.
The docket also will include review and vote on amendments to the PC(USA) Constitution as proposed during the 225th General Assembly (2022). A copy of the Book of Amendments 2022 published by the GA is available along with a summary informational document prepared by the Executive Presbyter/ Stated Clerk, Rev. Fran Lane-Lawrence.

Lunch will be served after the meeting adjourns. The meal will feature sandwich boxes from City Deli in downtown Holland. The cost will be $13 per person, and includes chips and a dessert. Any of the sandwich options can be ordered as a lettuce wrap -- with a gluten-free dessert. Please indicate during registration whether you plan to stay for lunch and send payment to the presbytery office BEFORE the meeting.
