I voluntarily agree to release Bike West Hartford Inc. (including its volunteers and other co-sponsors) from all claims and liabilities (including those based on negligence and carelessness) for this free event, including the group bicycle ride, safety instruction, training, repairs, and any related indoor or outdoor activity.
Also, the participant will properly use a helmet when riding a bicycle during this event.
Also, I voluntarily grant Bike West Hartford Inc. (and its volunteers and co-sponsors) the power to authorize medical treatment for the participant during this event.
