This seminar, led by a SAFE Coalition social worker, is designed to help parents/caregivers/other adults navigate the waters of mental health in tweens and teens. The night will include tips on how to speak with your children about mental health and addressing social media and bullying. It will also include tools, resources, and information in regard to suicide awareness and drug use.
