To request a change in your schedule please complete the form below, and Mrs. Meyers will contact you.  Change requests are in no way guaranteed, and must be requested within the first 10 days of the semester.  Parents and teachers will be contacted for approval by the office before the change is granted.  Deadline for first semester requests is August 24, 2021.
