Buffalo Bayou Partnership is the non-profit organization leading the planning, design, activation, and stewardship of inspiring spaces along the 10-mile stretch of Buffalo Bayou from Shepherd Drive through downtown and eastward to the Port of Houston Turning Basin.

Volunteers will come out to plant milkweed at the park. BBP will provide all necessary equipment needed. Please come in weather-appropriate clothing as well as close-toed shoes that you don't mind getting a little dirty.

Volunteers will meet at SC South at 7:50 AM depart at 8:00 AM and arrive at the event site at 8:20 AM, and volunteer until 11:30 AM. Please indicate on the signup form if you can provide carpooling- we always need volunteer drivers!  After the event, volunteers will return to campus and be back by 12:00 PM.

You'll receive a confirmation and reminder email prior to the event containing more information! To sign up, complete the Google Form and sign the waiver with Buffalo Bayou Partnership 48 hours before the event. Spots will be limited, waiver must be signed to secure your spot.
