OSPR agrees to provide all applicable knowledge about an animal's temperament. I agree to follow the guidance provided by OSPR to manage an animal's temperament and mitigate the risk of an emergency incident. I understand that OSPR's knowledge regarding an animal's behavior may be limited. I acknowledge that fostering an animal exposes the risk of unpredictable behavior. I agree to immediately report all behavioral traits and incidents to OSPR including but not limited to: signs of aggression towards people (especially children), signs of aggression towards other animals, housebreaking issues such as potty training and destroying personal items, and signs of anxiety. I understand any incident that may lead to injury is a serious matter and agree to seek immediate medical attention if my foster animal bites myself, another human, or animal. I agree to not hold OSPR financially or legally liable for any incident that may lead to injury. I agree to not hold OSPR financially or legally liable for any destruction of personal or public property while the animal is within my care.
