In the workshops we will share and exchange the natural, political, and personal entanglements in Symbiomemory. In the first part of the workshop we will explore the natural area around FLUCC and the prater, an area considered the “belly” of Vienna. We will closely at the ecosystem that remains, in resistance to and because of, the industrial, capitalist, expansion. We will use materials such as fallen leaves and bark as printing surfaces for messages and exclamations against the violence and genocide being enacted around the world. From the soil and water we encounter, we will also create personal Winogradsky columns, living ecosystems whose change can be watched and traced on a smaller scale. The workshop is open for up to 25 participants.
Please wear shoes and clothes that are good for walking and you are comfortable getting "dirty"
