Welcome and thank you for your interest in applying to the Multnomah County Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH) Public Health & Civic Literacy Academy.
Please answer all of the questions to your best ability. This application is due: March 31, 2023 by 11:59pm PST. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so applications submitted early have the best opportunity of being selected.
The REACH Public Health & Civic Literacy Academy is a one-year commitment (June 30, 2023- June 30, 2024) for currently enrolled high school students (freshmen, sophomores, and juniors) between the ages of 13 and 17 who attend high school in Multnomah County. Student participants, must live and/or attend school within Multnomah County (including the following school districts: Centennial, Corbett, David Douglas, Gresham-Barlow, Parkrose, Portland Public, Reynolds, Riverdale).
