SISB PU Football Academy - September + October 2019 (Deadline - 29th of August 2019) - Registration closed
Please carefully read and make sure you understand before proceeding.

The Football Academy registration is now for the month of September and October and has switched to an ECA model as we look to build a team.

Registration was closed on Thursday the 29th of August.

Any sign ups made on the 30th of August onward will not be considered and your child/children will not be able to join.

Through this registration form, you will be asked to select which day you would like your child/children to attend. You will be able to select Mondays, Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays.

If you select Monday, you will be signing up for all 8 Monday sessions  - September: 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th + October 7th, 21st 28th. You will be charged for the full 8 sessions.

If you select Tuesday, you will be signing up for all 8 Tuesday sessions  (and charged for 8 sessions) - 8 sessions - September: 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th + October: 1st, 8th, 22nd & 29th. You will be charged for the full 8 sessions.

If you select Wednesday, you will be signing up for all Wednesday sessions  (and charged for 8 sessions) - 7 sessions - September: 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th + October 2nd, 9th, 30th. You will be charged for the full 7 sessions.

Registration for November and December will follow in mid October.


Withdraw and modifications:

If you have signed up, but would like to withdraw your child/children or make any modifications, it will need to be done before the 29th of August by contacting the Academy Coordinator (email below). The name list generated on the 30th of August will be considered final and you will need to honor the dates and will be responsible for ensuring your child/children’s attendance for the sessions as well as be accountable for the payment of said sessions.

Parents/Guardians please note:

All students are required to attend their chosen activity independently, the teachers and coaches are not responsible for ensuring their attendance. There will be no make-up lessons for absences due to personal reasons or sickness. The day selected will be final on the 30th of August. You will need to honor the day and be responsible for ensuring your child/children’s attendance  as well as be accountable for the payment of said sessions.

Once the invoice has been issued to you, please make payment within the deadline or we will have no choice but to remove your child/children from the Academy.

In the unlikely event that the minimum number of students for each session has not been met, we reserve the right to cancel the session. We will then find an alternative session to place your child/children in.
