E-board Member Application for Fall 2021

E-board members are responsible for managing committee members, ensure deliveries of assignments, and attending E-board and general member meetings. We are looking for individuals who are highly organized, responsible, and motivated.

*All existing E-board members are required to re-apply

Vice President (Art Director)
- Assist in overall organization managements and projects deliveries
- Art direct overall branding and creative voices of FADS
- Work closely with Creative Directors

Director of Communications
- Responsible for developing and implementing overall communication strategy and public and media relations
- Oversees the social media and advertising team and work with the graphic design team to ensure the consistency of voice across FADS' external and internal platforms
- Communicate with outlets through emails and social platforms

Director of Social Media
- Experience in managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok & Youtube accounts
- Works under director of communication and closely with photo team in creating an informative and aesthetically accurate representation of FADS across all platforms
- Answer DM’s, post for members birthdays, choosing weekly features & story reposts

Director of Advertising
- Experience in advertising, has an aptitude in organization outreach & collaborative skills
- Works under director of communication and closely with graphic design team in making sure all platforms have accurate and uniform information about FADS
- Responsible for branding, marketing, and creating advertising plans for fashion shows and relevant events
-Develop F*4 Speaker series and reaching out to alumni

Director of Graphic Design
- Responsible for managing and delivering digital assets, social media content, and other graphic design needs
- Overlook ad collaborate with team in the production of branding and advertising projects
- Incorporate brand elements to keep the FADS brand identity consistent

Director of Photography
- Responsible for creating photoshoot plans and mood board for the semester  
- Work closely with makeup and hair, styling, and model coaches to ensure projects are completed with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage and overlook all creative projects produced by committee members

Director of Videography
- Responsible for creating video shoot plans and mood board for the semester
- Work closely with makeup and hair, styling, and model coaches to ensure projects are completed with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage and overlook all creative projects produced by committee members

Beauty Director
- Responsible for creating makeup and hair shoot plans and mood board for the semester with the photo and video heads
- Work closely with photo and video, styling, and model coaches to ensure projects are completed with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage and overlook all creative projects produced by committee members

Style Director
- Preferably but not confined to Fashion Design Students
- Main contact with fashion designers & the fashion design department
- Responsible for sourcing and providing clothing for shoots
- In charge of garment care, organizations, fittings and styling photoshoots
- Responsible for encouraging design submissions

Director of Merchandise
- Develop merchandise that elevates the branding and creative voices for FADS
- Develop merch collection as per show theme with the graphics team, and create and manage Shopify store
- Work with the communication team to advertise merch on social media outlets, create pop up events
- Work with the photo and video team to create shoots

Director of Set Design
- Preferably but not confined to Architecture Students
- Design sets for fashion shows and photoshoots, secure locations and source props
- Creatively direct the visual presentation for fashion shows and other events

Model Coach
- Manage FADS models
- Connect talents with the creative director for photoshoots and fashion shows
- Hold model calls and training

Fiscal Director
- Account for requests from various committees
- Manage Fundraising and Miscellaneous Account
- Track semester allocation timeline/deadlines
- Organize fundraising events for cash collection for Fundraising Account
- Collect Dues

Director of Web Design and Development
- Overall maintenance of FADS website
- Communicate with other committee to keep the website updated with contents and news
- Refactoring source codes to optimize the structure and data requests
