Thank you for taking the time to update the registration of your JH product.  Once approved, we will send a message verifying this change of ownership via email.  You will need to then scan the QR code or follow the link (in the email) provided to register your bag under your name. Once a serial number is registered, it can not be registered by any other owner until a new change of registration form is completed.  If many change of registrations are requested, or fraudulent behavior is suspected, this request will not be approved.  It is at our discretion whether we approve change of ownership requests.
