SHISHUVAN ALUMNI REGISTRATION FORM  2024-2025

Dear Alumni Member,

Kindly fill in the details.  We will send your alumni membership number once we received your registration.  

To become a member, contribute Rs. 1000/- (Cash) (The payment to be made in the school office on 1st and 3rd Saturday between 9.00 am to 12.00 noon)  to the Shishuvan Alumni Association Corpus Fund.  This fund will be managed by the Managing Committee of the Shishuvan Alumni Association for conducting various events and activities.  The audited report of the utilization of the fund will be shared to all members of the association and presented during the Annual General Body meeting of the Association.
