Resort Hotel

Disney's on-property hotels all offer complimentary transportation to all four theme parks, water parks, ESPN Wide World of Sports, and Disney Springs. Which resort type are you most interested in?

Deluxe Villas and Suites - Disney's most luxurious accommodations.  Great for families of six or more or those on an extended trip who want all the comforts of home including a kitchen, washer and dryer, multiple rooms, etc.

Deluxe Resort - close to theme parks with ample transportation and accommodations.  These are Disney's premiere hotels great for those looking to relax in addition to experiencing the parks.  Examples include the Grand Floridian, the Contemporary, Boardwalk, or Animal Kingdom Lodge.

Moderate Resort - a great compromise between value and accommodations.  Each moderate resort comes with a hot tub/whirlpool in addition to the multiple pools on property.  Rooms are typically more spacious than value, and some offer transportation beyond normal bus transport.  Examples include Caribbean Beach Resort, Port Orleans Riverside, or the Cabins at Fort Wilderness

Value or Value + Resort - the most economical choice.  Over the top theming, large swimming pool, food courts, and transportation (via bus) to all four theme parks and water parks.  Examples include the All Star Resorts, Pop Century, or Art of Animation.

Good Neighbor Hotels - off-site but near property, these options offer great rates for those on a budget who want great accommodations.  These hotels pass Disney standards of excellence and service.  Note - most good neighbor hotels do not offer all-day transportation to theme parks, but instead offer scheduled service in the morning and again in the evening.  You may want to rent a car or Uber if planning to use this property type.

Theme Park and Water Park Tickets & Other Entertainment Options
Walt Disney World has 4 theme parks plus 2 water parks in 40 square miles of space.  To help me understand the type of trip you want to take, please answer the following questions.

Note about Universal Studios and/or Universals Islands of Adventures (where Harry Potter is located) - this is a completely different theme park and is about 30 minutes away from property. It requires paid transportation to and from your Walt Disney Resort. You will need a park-to-park pass, ideally for 2 days, to full experience.

Memory Maker

Memory Maker is an optional choice for guests to have as many professional pictures taken by Disney PhotoPass photographers during their stay as they want and have full access to them after their vacation.  This includes on-ride photos too!  For just $185 (one time cost), you have unlimited access to all these photos as digital downloads.  It’s perfect for families where one family is always behind the camera.  Would you like to include memory maker?

Optional Paid Experiences

Disney offers a variety of paid experiences that you may want to include on your trip.  Select any that you may be interested in and I will provide a reminder to you of when to book these through your My Disney Experience app:
Dining Reservations

The dining reservation window opens up 60 days prior to your check-in date.  At 70 days before check-in, I will send you a dining guide as well as a survey to indicate which restaurants you would like to reserve.  

There is no guarantee that we can get all restaurants you would like to eat at.  The sooner we book, the better the chance.

Magical Memories by Casey will work with you to help you book these reservations if you'd like, but you can also book, modify, and cancel all reservations through the My Disney Experience app on your phone.

Dining Plan

The Disney dining plan is an optional add-on that gives you the option to pay up front for dining you'll eat at Walt Disney World (table service, quick service, and even snacks).  It's a great option for families that want to pay for everything up front and not have to worry about additional expenses when visiting Walt Disney World (other than souvenirs).  In addition, when used correctly (and with the advice of your travel planner), you can actually save money on meals!

Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is provided by AIG TravelGuard for most clients traveling within the United States.  It’s a low-cost way to ensure that your trip is protected and is highly recommended for the unforeseen circumstances that can come up.  Do you want to purchase travel insurance?

What Happens Next
After you submit this form, I will create a quote for you with several different package options that could fit your needs.  I will email this to you and you will have a chance to review, ask questions, and make sure you feel comfortable.  Once you’ve decided on which option is best for you, we will take credit card payment on the deposits.  Please note - a HUGE part of the Walt Disney World experience is the My Disney Experience app which is tied to your Disney account and can be downloaded to your smart phone. 

Once you submit this form, you should download the app to your phone and login using your Disney account.  If you don’t have a Disney account, you must create one.  If you wish me to link your booking to your account, I will need your username and password upon booking. I will ask this information on the personal information link I send you when we're ready to book.

If you do not wish me to link your booking or help you plan dining reservations, you can do all of this on your own through the app.
I understand that I must download the My Disney  Experience app and create or login using my Disney ID once I have booked.  I understand that my Walt Disney World vacation plans are all handled through the app. *
