Please complete this form if you would like to sign up to any of the following classes for adults at Al Barakah School:

1. Islamic Studies Course for brothers (10am-1pm) (Start Date: 9th September 2023)

2. Tafseer Class for sisters (10am-12pm) (Start Date: 9th September 2023)

Al Barakah School shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to personal property in the course of you attending classes or other events organised by the school. Payment of fees must be made termly or monthly regardless of attendance. 4 weeks’ advance written notice is required if you wish to leave the school. If you are absent for 3 consecutive weeks, or if you leave, without informing us or giving us the requisite notice, 4 weeks’ worth of fees will still need to be paid in addition to any outstanding fees. By submitting this form, you confirm that: you acknowledge and agree to abide by the above terms; the information you have provided is true; and you consent to Al Barakah School holding and processing your personal data in a lawful and secure manner. *

By completing this registration form you understand that you will be registered for your preferred course at Al Barakah School, and will be charged the relevant fees. To unregister or leave at any point you must email admissions@albarakah.co.uk. If you wish to leave once the academic year has commenced, please note that you must inform us via email providing four weeks' advance notice; fees will be charged and you are eligible to continue to attend during the notice period.

The exception to the above is where you have only completed this form to register your interest in a class in order to allow us to ascertain the level of demand for a particular class.
