Children can be registered for the Sacrament Program at any time and a copy of their form will be held in anticipation of a program beginning. At such time as dates are organised families who have pre-registered will be contacted in good time.

At time of registration it is a good idea to send in a copy of the Baptism Certificate but the certificate can be presented anytime prior to your child receiving the sacrament or sacraments they are enrolled in.

For those children Baptised in this parish we have a copy of the certificate in our registers so you do not need to present another one.

We understand that certificates sometimes are misplaced should you require a copy it is simply a matter of contacting the Parish of Baptism to receive a notification - it won't be the same format as your original certificate but it will allow us to know where and when your child was baptised.

At the conclusion of the Confirmation part of the Program and reception of the sacrament the Parish of Baptism is notified by us that the Sacraments of Initiation are now complete.

Your child will need a Catholic Sponsor, a person 16 or older who has been confirmed, the Catholic Godparent would be ideal, but not essential.
