Join us for a fun day of Irish language and culture. Saturday, April 1 the Boston College Irish Studies Program and the Boston Irish Language Society are hosting an Irish Language Day--Lá Gaeilge--at Connolly House from 8:30am to 4pm.

A bilingual panel of Irish language educators and activists from Boston and New York will talk about their work promoting the language and the rich Gaelic oral tradition in North America. Then we will have classes for beginners, intermediate learners and advanced speakers. After lunch we will watch an Irish language movie--with subtitles--and discuss it.

All members of the BC and the greater Boston communities are welcome.
