This form must be completed for all students attending 2020 Virtual Summer School who did not already registered through their home school. Payment in the form of a money order or bank check ($450 per class) payable to Haverstraw-Stony Point CSD must be received by July 7th.  You may also register by phone June 29th - July 7th 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m 845-627-4770 - The office is closed July 3rd.
