Van Reservation Request Form
The Batten Center does not provide drivers to and from any event.  Departments are required to find their own drivers.  

Please fill out the questions below regarding your request to use the Wesleyan Engaged Service or Faculty van.  Please note that filling out this form does not mean you are guaranteed either van as it is on a first-come, first-serve basis.  

Prior to utilizing the vans, individuals should review the VWU Wesleyan Engaged Transportation Procedure, which is located at https://bit.ly/2I89B5P.  Users will also need to meet with Wesleyan Engaged to go over safety procedures.

Please note that there is a $40 a day fee for use of the van.  The group utilizing the vans are responsible for all gas and tolls.  If vans are returned with excessive trash or dirt, you may be charged for the cleaning of the van.
